Special Event Cancellation Policy

Your reservation requires a minimum stay and a two night deposit.

Half of the deposit is non- refundable.

The other half is refundable only with at least 45 days notice of cancellation.

Special Events:

U of A Family Weekend, October 18-21. Three night minimum. 

Gem and Mineral Show, January-30th-February 17 2013. Four night minimum.

U of A Graduation, May 9-12 2013. Three night minimum.
