Our largest room (15'x31') is located in the basement below the living room. But this is not your typical basement! Originally the family billiards room, The Catalina Room has an eight and a half foot ceiling, windows set up high that bring in a surprising amount of light, a scored and polished concrete floor, and rich mahogany moldings and doors. On one end of the space is a sumptuous king bed. On the other end you can relax in the comfortable sitting area furnished with a down-filled sofa and chairs. A beautiful antique mirrored armoire and writing table stand between the two areas.
You'll find a jetted tub/shower in what once was a large cedar-lined walk-in closet, now painted a warm cottage white. Dim the lights, fire up the jets, and bubble away in this spa-like bath room. The room comes equipped with a 32" flat panel TV with DVD player, AM/FM CD stereo with iPod dock, phone, alarm clock, plush robes, iron & board, and individual (quiet) heating and A/C unit.
