Cancellations for General Reservations:
Call 14 or more days before your arrival date:   no penalty
Call less than 14 days before your arrival date: 1 night charge
Call less than 7 days before your arrival date:   room charges entire reservation.

Family Weekend 2012: October 18-21 22

Gem Show 2013 :January 30-February 17

Graduation 2013: May 09-12

These events require a partially Non-Refundable Deposit and are subject to our Special Event Cancellation Policy.

The Fine Print...

Upon check-out you will be charged for all nights booked regardless of delayed arrival or early departure.

Check-in is 4 - 6 p.m.

Early or Late Arrivals: Please call or email us in advance to arrange. We have an easy "Plan B" for early or late arrivals. We just need to know. Before 4pm we may be out running errands. After 6pm we may be out to dinner.

Check-out is 11 a.m.While we prefer checks for payment, Visa, Discover, MasterCard & American Express are accepted.

Children over 10 and well behaved adults welcome.

Smoking is limited to outdoor areas.

We are happy to accommodate small dogs in the Cottage Room. Please inquire about our pet policy.
